Student Courses
CityScience’s curricular catalog includes more than 200 detailed lesson plans rooted in the natural and built environments. All PreK-12 courses are inquiry-based and begin with questions and exercises that explore scientific concepts in an urban context. Led by our expert instructors, every course includes hands-on experiments or explorations outside the classroom. CityScience provides science equipment and supplies for each student. School-Based Programs deliver core science standards via hands-on experiments and excursions outside the classroom. These classes culminate in individual projects, group presentations, or class bulletin boards.
